Galo Tavern 18 features a beautiful banquet room used exclusively for private parties and events.

An ideal location to host business meetings, corporate retreats and seminars, and to gather for special occasions such as weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, bridal / baby showers, baptisms, etc. Our experienced managers and fully trained staff provide individual attention to planning and coordinating your affair. We’ll tailor your event to any food, budget and size needs.

Banquet Room

Can accommodate up to 60 guests with a minimum 30 adult guarantee. Features 65" television and digital media equipment to support multi-media presentations for your meeting or celebration along with a high quality sound system for pumping in your own personal music selection. 

Main Room

Our main room can accommodate up to 65 guests with the capability of up to 85 guests when used in combination with our side room. Minimum of 45 guests for the main room. Features dark wood floors, exposed beams, and stone fireplace.

Side Room

Can accommodate up to 20-27 guests. Suited for smaller intimate events and gatherings.

BOOKING POLICIES

Minimum adult attendance is required for each event room. Any numbers below the requirements can be accommodated as a reservation.

This business has a 4% cash discount incentive built into all pricing for private parties

Any purchase made with a credit card will not receive the cash discount and a cost adjustment will be displayed on your receipt.

Minimum Attendees required for full private dining:
Side Room - 20
 cap for 27ppl

Banquet Room - 30 cap for 60

Main Room - 45 cap for 65
Main Room + Side Room - 65 cap 85ppl

A $250 to $500 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your reservation. The deposit is applied to the final bill.

The minimum number of attendees for a function must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance of the event. After the guarantee is given it is not subject to reduction. If no guaranteed number has been provided by the deadline, the approximate/ last counted number will serve as the guaranteed number. Charges will be assessed for the guaranteed number or the actual number in attendance, whichever is greater.
 

Galo Tavern 18 and its staff are the only licensed authority to sell and serve alcoholic beverages on the premises; therefore, outside liquor is not permitted at the restaurant.
 

Galo Tavern 18 will serve alcohol only to those of legal drinking age and reserves the right to refuse service to any person, at any time, for any reason.
 

The price per person does not include New York State sales tax or a 20% gratuity.
 

Final payment is expected on or before the day of the event. Payment is accepted in the form of cash or credit card.

 

All entertainment must be kept at a moderate sound level.
