Booking Policies
To ensure a seamless private dining experience, please review our event policies below.
Minimum Attendance
Each private event space requires a minimum number of adult guests. Groups below the minimum can be accommodated as regular reservations.

Side Room: Minimum 20 guests (capacity 27)

Banquet Room: Minimum 30 guests (capacity 60)

Main Room: Minimum 45 guests (capacity 65)

Main + Side Room: Minimum 65 guests (capacity 85)

Deposits & Guarantees
A non-refundable deposit of $250–$500 is required to secure your event date and will be applied to the final bill.
Final guest counts must be confirmed 48 hours prior to your event. Once submitted, the guaranteed number cannot be reduced. If no guarantee is provided, the latest confirmed number will be used. Charges will reflect the guaranteed count or actual attendance, whichever is greater.
Pricing & Payment
We offer a 4% cash discount on all private event pricing.
Purchases made with a credit card will not receive the discount, and the price adjustment will be reflected on your receipt.
Prices do not include New York State sales tax or a 20% gratuity.
Final payment is due on or before the day of the event via cash or credit card.
Alcohol Service
Galo Tavern 18 is the sole licensed provider of alcoholic beverages on the premises. Outside alcohol is not permitted.
Alcohol will be served only to guests of legal drinking age, and service may be refused at our discretion.
Additional Policies
All entertainment must remain at a moderate volume to respect the dining environment.
